Library of the Kurdish Heritage Institute

The KHI library contains hundreds of books, folk texts and studies about different aspects of Kurdish cultural heritage. KHI intends to turn its private library into a public library to make resources available to the community.

Library of Congress

The Library of Congress is USA's oldest federal cultural institution and serves as the research arm of Congress. It is also the largest library in the world, with millions of books, recordings, photographs, maps and manuscripts in its collections.

Library of the Kurdish Heritage Foundation of America

The first Kurdish Library in the Western Hemisphere was opened in Brooklyn, New York. A research institution, the library houses some 2,000 volumes in a variety of languages as well as periodicals, reports, clip files and the like.

Library of the Kurdish Institute of Paris

The Kurdish Institute maintains a large library. At present it possesses 6,423 monographs on the Kurds, in 23 languages, several tens of thousands of writings, collections of periodicals and newspapers, photos, videos as well as an archive of sounds and musical recordings.

LIBRIS is a national search service providing information on titles held by Swedish university and research libraries, as well as about twenty public libraries. Here you can find books, periodicals, articles, maps, posters, printed music, electronic resources, etc.

The purpose of the University of Kurdistan Hawler Library (UKHL) is to serve students, faculty, staff, and residents of Hawler, Kurdistan, and the international community that are interested in Kurdistan’s affairs.

Library of the European Centre for Kurdish Studies in Berlin

A reference library in Germany that has many titles on Kurds and Kurdistan in different languages.
